1 lb. brussels sprouts, trimmed and cut in half 1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil Kosher salt Freshly ground black pepper Pinch crushed red pepper flflakes Juice of 1/2 lemon 1 tbsp. honey 1 tbsp. red wine vinegar 2 tsp. Dijon mustard 1 clove garlic, minced |
DIRECTIONS |
In a medium bowl, add brussels sprouts and oil and season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flflakes. Toss around to coat brussels sprouts well. Add brussels sprouts to air fry basket, working in batches as needed, and cook ,380°F , 18 mins. Shake when shake/flflip reminder beeps. Make dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, honey, vinegar, mustard, and garlic.Season with salt and pepper. Add cooked Brussels sprouts back to a medium bowl and pour dressing over and toss to combine. |
