1 lb. cod, cut into 4 stripsKosher saltFreshly ground black pepper1/2 c. all-purpose flflour1 large egg, beaten2 c. panko bread crumbs1 tsp. Old Bay seasoningLemon wedges, for servingTartar sauce, for serving |

DIRECTIONS |
Pat fifish dry and season on both sides with salt and pepper.Place flflour, egg, and panko in three shallow bowls.Add Old Bay to panko and toss to combine.Working one at a time, coat fifish in flflour, then in egg, and fifinally in panko, pressing to coat.Working in batches, place fifish in basket of Air Fryer , 400°F , 10 to 12 minsFlip when shake/flflip reminder beeps.Cook until fifish is golden and flflakes easily with a fork.Serve with lemon wedges and tartar sauce. |
