Mix all seasoning ingredients together in a bowl.
Preheat Air Fryer to 400°F.
Using paper towels, pat pork tenderloin dry and then spray it lightly with cooking spray.
Rub the pork with seasoning mixture, putting 1 teaspoon to the side for the veggies.
Cook for 18-20 minutes. Flip when shake/flip reminder beeps. Check for doneness with a meat thermometer.
Remove pork and set aside on a plate. Cover with foil and let sit for 10 minutes.
While pork is resting, spray the veggies with non-stick cooking spray and coat with the remaining seasoning mix.
Add veggies to the rack of Air Fryer and cook for 5-8 minutes, depending on the size of veggies. Cook until tender and browned.
Slice pork tenderloin, toss with the veggies, and serve
