ROSEMARY GARLIC LAMB CHOPS

INGREDIENTS

1 1/4 lb. (567 g) rack of lamb ,

about 7-8 chops

3 tbsp. (45 ml) olive oil

2 tbsp. (30 ml) chopped fresh

rosemary

1 tsp. (5 ml) garlic powder or 3

cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp. (5 ml) salt , or to taste

1/2 tsp. (2.5 ml) black pepper ,

or to taste

 

DIRECTIONS

 

Pat dry the lamb rack. Remove silver skin from underside of ribs if needed. Cut into individual chops.

In a large bowl, combine olive oil, rosemary, garlic, salt, & pepper. Add the lamb and gently toss to coat in marinade.

Cover and marinate for about 1 hour or up to overnight.

Preheat the Air Fryer at 380°F for 4 minutes. Spray air fryer basket/tray with oil spray and place lamb chops in a single layer, making sure not to overlap the meat.

Air Fry at 380°F for 12 minutes, flip when shake/flip reminder beeps, for medium.

Serve warm.
