1 1/4 lb. (567 g) rack of lamb ,about 7-8 chops3 tbsp. (45 ml) olive oil2 tbsp. (30 ml) chopped freshrosemary1 tsp. (5 ml) garlic powder or 3cloves garlic, minced1 tsp. (5 ml) salt , or to taste1/2 tsp. (2.5 ml) black pepper ,or to taste |
DIRECTIONS |
Pat dry the lamb rack. Remove silver skin from underside of ribs if needed. Cut into individual chops.Peeling silver skin from back of lamb chop.In a large bowl, combine olive oil, rosemary, garlic, salt, & pepper. Add the lamb and gently toss to coat in marinade.Cover and marinate for about 1 hour or up to overnight.Lamb chops marinating in a bowl with rosemary.Preheat the Air Fryer at 380°F for 4 minutes. Spray air fryer basket/tray with oil spray and place lamb chops in a single layer, making sure not to overlap the meat.Uncooked lamb chops in air fryer.Air Fry at 380°F for 12 minutes, flip when shake/flip reminder beeps, for medium.Serve warm. |
