AIR FRYER ROTISSERIE CHICKEN

INGREDIENTS

1 (3-lb) chicken, cut into 8 pieces

Kosher salt

Freshly ground black pepper

1 tbsp. dried thyme

2 tsp. dried oregano 

2 tsp. garlic powder

2 tsp. onion powder

1 tsp. smoked paprika

1/4 tsp. cayenne

 

DIRECTIONS

 

Season chicken pieces all over with salt and pepper. In a

medium bowl, whisk to combine herbs and spices, then rub

spice mix all over chicken pieces.

Add dark meat pieces to Air Fryer basket and cook at 350°F

for 20 minutes.

Flip when shake/flflip reminder beeps.

Repeat with chicken breasts, but reducing time to 16

minutes. Use a meat thermometer to ensure that chicken is

cooked through, each piece should register 165°F.
