CRISPY POTATOES

INGREDIENTS

1 lb. baby potatoes, halved

1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil

1 tsp. garlic powder

1 tsp. Italian seasoning

1 tsp. Cajun seasoning

(optional)

Kosher salt

Freshly ground black

pepper

Lemon wedge, for serving 

Freshly chopped parsley,

for garnish

6 large russet potatoes,

scrubbed clean

1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil

Kosher salt 

1/2 c. (1 stick) butter,

softened

1/2 c. milk

1/2 c. sour cream

1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar,

divided

2 green onions, thinly

sliced, plus more for

garnish

Freshly ground black

pepper 

     

    DIRECTIONS

     

    In a large bowl, toss potatoes with oil, garlic powder,

    Italian seasoning, and Cajun seasoning, if using.

    Season with salt and pepper. 

    Place potatoes in basket of Air Fryer and cook at 400°F

    for 20 minutes.

    Shake when shake/flflip reminder beeps.

    Squeeze lemon juice over cooked potatoes and garnish with parsley before serving
