1 lb. Pork tenderloin 

1 tsp. Fajita seasoning 

1 lb. Fajita veggies 

Cut up bell peppers (any color) and

red onions make this dish. Feel free

to add another pepper if you wish.




    Mix all seasoning ingredients together in a bowl.

    Preheat Air Fryer to 400°F.

    Using paper towels, pat pork tenderloin dry and then spray it lightly with cooking spray.

    Rub the pork with seasoning mixture, putting 1 teaspoon to the side for the veggies.

    Cook for 18-20 minutes. Flip when shake/flflip reminder beeps.

    Check for doneness with a meat thermometer.

    Remove pork and set aside on a plate.

    Cover with foil and let sit for 10 minutes.

    While pork is resting, spray the veggies with non-stick cooking spray and coat with the remaining seasoning mix.

    Add veggies to the rack of Air Fryer , 5-8 minutes.

    Cook until tender and browned.

    Slice pork tenderloin, toss with the veggies, and serve.
